Product Care

  • Apparel & Textiles:

    • Wash: Inside out with like colors. Cold water recommended.

    • Dry: Hang to dry. Do not use fabric softener.

    • Ironing: Not recommended. If necessary, use light pressure with a protective cover sheet between the iron and design.

    • Pro Tip: Use "color guard" sheets for the first few washes to prevent natural color bleed.

Note on Unique Finishes: Pigmented, tie-dyed, and color-blasted garments have unique variations. Please allow for slight color differences in production and after washing.

  • Yard Signs

    • Installation: When inserting your sign into the ground, apply pressure to the metal stake rather than pushing down on the top of the plastic sign to prevent bending or creasing.

    • Material: Crafted from durable, industry-standard Coroplast, rated for approximately one year of outdoor use.

    • Weather Care: While weather-resistant, extreme elements like high winds, heavy rain, or hail can cause damage.

    • Maintenance: To extend the life of your sign and protect the metal H-stake, we recommend bringing your display indoors during severe weather.

  • Drinkware & Tumblers:

    • Wash: Hand wash only with a non-abrasive sponge and dish soap.

    • Maintenance: Do not soak, microwave, or freeze.

    • Note: These instructions apply to all glassware, stainless steel tumblers, and water bottles.

  • DIY Graduation Ornament

    • Assembly: Thread the tassel loop through the top of the cap and place the tassel inside the ornament.

    • Securing the Tassel: To prevent the string from slipping inside, we recommend applying a small dab of glue (hot glue or super glue) to the underside of the cap where the string meets the hole.

    • Finishing Touch: Glue the cap onto the ornament base, ensuring the bow is centered and facing the front of the design.

  • Charcuterie / Serving Boards:

    • Cleaning: Hand wash both sides with gentle soap and warm water. Do not submerge or use a dishwasher.

    • Drying: Wipe dry with a towel immediately after washing.

    • Usage: Always cut on the reverse side; do not cut on the engraved design.

    • Maintenance: Periodically apply food-grade mineral oil or butcher block conditioner to preserve the wood’s finish.

  • Coasters:

    • Materials: Wood, Slate, and Marble.

    • Maintenance: Avoid leaving excessive condensation on the surface for extended periods.

    • Cleaning: Simply wipe dry with a clean, soft cloth after use.

  • Kitchen Utensils:

    • Wash: Hand wash with dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge.

    • Dry: Towel dry immediately.

    • Maintenance: Do not soak or submerge in water, as this can damage the wood.

    • Hanging Tips: If mounting to a wall, please use weight-appropriate hardware such as sawtooth hangers, standard picture hooks, or Command Strips.

  • Outdoor Sign Decor:

    • Hardware: Hanging hardware is not included.

    • Display: Depending on the design, signs can be wall-mounted, used as standalone accents, or styled as "lean-to" props.

    • Hanging Tips: For wall mounting, please use weight-appropriate hardware (such as sawtooth hangers, picture hooks, or outdoor-rated Command Strips).

    • Weathering: Direct sunlight and exposure to the elements will naturally impact the finish over time. To extend the life of your sign, we recommend displaying it in a covered or protected area.
